As Customer Success Manager, in a nutshell, I make sure our clients are happy with our work! That doesn’t stop at delivering a beautiful new website. You could say it only begins there. By having proactive and regular contact with our customers and discussing their needs, together we determine which of Level Level’s services best suits their wishes and challenges. Of course, I spend a lot of time discussing this with colleagues. Working together to make our customers even happier is a joy every day!

Before this, I worked for a green energy supplier. There I was mainly involved in coordinating campaigns for new and existing customers, and maintaining contact with sales partners. After years of working there, I became curious about what it is like to work in a small company where creativity prevails. Energy is not exactly the most exciting product to work with. Now I have fully immersed myself in the wonderful world of websites and WordPress and learn something new every day!
Running, yoga, visiting museums, drinking special beer in the pub, city trips, watching beautiful movies, dancing with a beer in your hand at a festival in the sun. I make it a sport to score the most beautiful gems at Vinted or vintage markets.
